1. Introduction

Welcome to Daillos, the tourism and hospitality ecosystem connecting businesses, workers, and consumers. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Daillos platform. By creating an organization account and using Daillos, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Account Registration

  • Creating an Organization Account:

  • You may sign up using Google, Facebook, email or Apple ID.

  • Verification with a valid phone number is required.

  • You will select your business category from sites and attractions, accommodation, food and beverage, transport rentals, event tickets, or tour packages.

  • Required Information:

  • Business name

  • Subcategory of business

  • Description

  • Business phone number

  • Business registration number

  • Business cancellation policy

  • Business bank account and account number for payments

  • Country, region, and district of business

  • Business Google Map location

3. Business Activation

  • Payment of Registration Fee:

  • A registration fee is required to activate your business account.

  • All payment-related activities are managed securely through Paystack.

  • Activation grants access to Daillos services and features.

    4. Commission Fees

  • 5% Commission on Purchases:

  • Daillos charges a 5% commission on all purchases made through the

    platform.

  • This commission is deducted automatically from the transaction amount.

  • The remaining amount is credited to your business bank account.

    5. Marketing Services

  • Business Marketing:

  • Daillos is responsible for marketing your business to reach a wider audience.

  • Promotional activities may include online campaigns, social media promotions, and targeted advertisements.

  • Marketing efforts are aimed at increasing visibility and sales for your business.

6. Publishing Services

  • Listing Business Services:

  • You may publish your business services, prices, and descriptions on Daillos.

  • Consumers can browse and purchase your services through the platform.

  • Images, package names, and descriptions should accurately represent your offerings.

    7. Business Media

  • Uploading Images and Videos:

  • You have the option to upload images and video documentary links for your

    business profile.

  • Enhance your business listing for increased consumer engagement.

    8. Worker Accounts

  • Creating Worker Accounts:

  • You can create accounts for your workers and assign them specific roles within

    the business.

  • Manage permissions and access levels as needed.

    9. Business Responsibilities

• Accurate Information:

• You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about your business.

• Compliance:

  • Adhere to Daillos’ policies and guidelines.

  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

• Payment Processing:

  • Acknowledge that all payment processing, receipts, and payouts are

    managed securely by Paystack.

  • Provide accurate bank account information for receiving payments.

    10. Termination of Account

  • Conditions for Termination:

    • Violation of these terms and conditions.

    • Non-payment of required fees.

  • Consequences of Termination:

    • Loss of access to Daillos services and features.

    • Removal of business listings and content from the platform.

      11. Intellectual Property

• Ownership of Content:

  • You retain ownership of any content, including images and videos, uploaded to Daillos.

  • Daillos may use your business content for promotional purposes within the platform.

    12. Limitation of Liability

• Disclaimer of Warranties:

  • Daillos provides the platform “as is” without warranties.

  • We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform in providing you the needed market or traffic to your business. We will however do our best to drive the needed trafic.

• Limitation of Liability:

  • Daillos is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability

    to use the platform.

  • This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages and hacks of your account.

    13. Governing Law

• Jurisdiction:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the republic of Ghana.

  • Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of republic of Ghana.

    14. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Notification of Changes:

    • We may update these terms and conditions from time to time.

    • Changes will be communicated to you through the Daillos platform or

      via email/SMS/website.

  • User Responsibility:

    • It is your responsibility to review and accept the updated terms and

      conditions.

    • Continued use of Daillos after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Welcome to Daillos, the tourism and hospitality ecosystem connecting consumers with businesses, sites, attractions, accommodations, food and beverage services, transport rentals, event tickets, and tour packages. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Daillos platform. By signing up and using Daillos, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Account Registration

  • Creating a Consumer Account:

  • You may sign up using Google, Facebook, email, or Apple ID.

  • Your account information may include:

    • Name

    • Email address

    • Phone number

    • Profile picture (if using Google, Facebook, or Apple ID)

      3. Service Browsing and Purchasing

• Browsing Services/facilities:

  • Consumers can browse listings of businesses, services, prices, business profile and descriptions on Daillos.

  • Information provided by businesses should accurately represent their offerings.

• Making Purchases:

  • To purchase a service, consumers can select the desired item and

    proceed to checkout.

  • Payment is securely processed through Paystack.

  • A 5% commission fee is charged on all purchases, deducted automatically from the transaction amount.

  • Consumers can purchase for other consumers or receive purchased services from other consumers through a gift transfer code.

    4. Account Security

• Personal Information:

  • Consumers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account

    information.

  • Do not share your login credentials with others.

  • Notify Daillos immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

    5. Communication

• Notifications and Updates:

  • Daillos may send notifications, updates, and promotional offers to

    consumers.

  • You may opt out of marketing communications through your account settings.

6. Use of Information

• Personal Data:

  • Daillos collects and uses personal information as described in the

    Privacy Policy.

  • Your data is used to facilitate transactions, improve services, and personalize your experience.

    7. Feedback and Reviews

• Business Reviews:

  • Consumers can leave reviews and ratings for businesses they have

    patronized.

  • Reviews should be honest, fair, and relevant to the experience.

    8. Responsibilities

• Accurate Information:

  • Consumers should provide accurate and up-to-date information

    when using Daillos.

  • Misrepresentation of identity or false information is prohibited.

    9. Limitation of Liability

• Limitation of Liability:
